1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using swaggmode, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

You are responsible for the content you post, including profile photos and posts. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. Specifically, you agree not to post:

Illegal Content: Anything that violates local or international laws.
Harassment: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or harasses individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
Sexually Explicit Material: Pornography or highly suggestive content.
Intellectual Property: Content that you do not own the rights to.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe environment, we implement the following:

Reporting: Users can report any content or user that violates these terms via the in-app reporting tools.
Blocking: Users have the right to block any other user to prevent further interaction.
Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these terms.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these policies or engage in severe misconduct. We aim to act on reported violations within 24 hours.

4. Limitation of Liability

swaggmode is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the content posted by users but will take all reasonable steps to moderate and remove inappropriate material.
