• Social Interactions: Data regarding your "Likes" and interactions with other users' content.

• Approximate Location: Your general geographic area (city or region) to provide localized features.

We do not collect unnecessary personal data beyond what is required to provide the app’s functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Store and organize your digital closet

• Enable outfit creation, collections, and daily outfit logging

• Display your content within your personal account

• Maintain, operate, and improve the app’s functionality

Your data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Visibility & Social Features

​

swaggmode includes social features that allow you to interact with others. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your Username and Profile Picture are public and visible to other users.

• Any Posts or clothing items you choose to 'share' or 'make public' will be visible to the swaggmode community.

• Your Likes may be visible to the creators of the content you interact with.

4. Data Sharing

• ​We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

• We may share limited user-provided data (such as images or text inputs) with trusted third-party AI service providers solely to enable core app functionality (for example, processing images or generating recommendations).

• These service providers are only given the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data using industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and secure storage mechanisms.

6. Account Deletion

​

You can permanently delete your swaggmode account directly within the app.

How to delete your account

​

1. Log in to the swaggmode app

2. Navigate to your Profile page

3. Select “Delete account”

4. Confirm the deletion

Request Deletion via Web

​

If you no longer have the swaggmode app installed or cannot access your account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data via our web portal:

Note: For security, we will send a confirmation email to your registered address to verify your identity before the deletion is processed.

What happens when your account is deleted

​

The following data is permanently deleted:

• Account information (username and profile picture)

• Uploaded clothing items and images

• Outfits, collections, and daily outfit entries

• All other data associated with your account

Account deletion is irreversible.
All associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

7. Data Deletion Without Account Deletion

​

You can delete individual pieces of data without deleting your account.

This includes:

• Clothing items

• Outfit combinations

• Collections

• Daily outfit logs

• Uploaded images

Each item can be deleted directly from its respective detail page within the app.
Deleted items are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

8. Future Features

​

If we introduce new features such as content sharing, social interaction, or community features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Users will be notified of any material changes.

​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
